Building survivor-led leadership for lasting change.
Leadership Next is a collaborative initiative nurturing survivors of trafficking and violence into leaders, advocates and changemakers. We focus on shifting power — enabling survivors to lead collectives, influence systems and build safer, more resilient communities.

Five strategic pillars of Leadership Next
Protection
Fundamental rights, legal aid, mental health support and rehabilitation — with special focus on sex workers and persons with disabilities.
Prevention
Awareness to prevent trafficking and child marriage through community engagement and digital advocacy.
Education & Empowerment
Quality education, vocational training and financial independence for survivors.
Leadership
Strengthening community resilience and inspiring youth to lead social change.
Innovation
Creative, context-specific interventions backed by social research.
Those most at risk — and those who have survived.
- Survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation
- Marginalized children — school dropouts and those vulnerable to child marriage
- Women and adolescent girls at risk of GBV and domestic violence
- Members of the LGBTQ+ community and persons with disabilities
